Living Wage Database

A platform summarising and displaying the prevailing wage level in all the countries of the world.

Its aim is to enable large international enterprises to grant their employees similar salaries for similar jobs in any point of the world. The platform does not only operate based on available public data but also handles surveys taken by several hundred employees and managers, processes their responses and calculates the appropriate salary with the “Fair WAGE” algorithm. This complex system also takes account of the social integration of employees.

ARGUS

IT-operators handle data from equipment of different makes and of overlapping functionality available at various platforms. By the integration of environment solutions which are non-homogeneous at system level operators can save time, money and human resource costs.

We gather information from the different sources of the IT systems (e.g. from server logs to UPS data) and display them on a unified web platform. Based on incoming data we work out a control logic also using AI. We integrate the different tools and carry out sankeys and standard analysis ensuring operators savings in operation and human resource costs. With the help of ARGUS IT departments are able to rationalize investment as they will be able to indicate their accurate rather than broad server need towards hardware department based on data on CPU load, network traffic, memory and disk usage thus they will have a reliable plan for future server need extension.
