REMUNERATION
Our company provides its employees with significant remuneration which is a great financial support and generate an improvement of life standard.
Edenred card
We provide all our employees with a yearly amount of HUF 216,000 net which can be used to pay for fuel, entertainment, food, clothing, catering, cultural and sport events, restaurants and consumer electronics.
Educational contribution
Financing participation in unique professional trainings, meet-ups, conferences, industry fares (e.g. ITIL, AI, IoT, Data Science, ISTQB, etc.). Our aim is to facilitate the professional and personal development of our colleagues.
Basic medical examination at the office
Once a year the occupational physician comes to our office; no need for you to go individually to yearly check-up. We provide you with a basic health-check including basic blood test, EKG test, eyesight and hearing examination, thyroid gland test, general medical and backbone check-up.
Ride the scooter or the bike to the workplace
Colleagues riding scooter or bike to the workplace can use a bike storage area and shower in the office.
Travel allowance (local)
Upon request we provide monthly/ quarterly/ yearly BKK passes in the value of HUF 9,500.
Travel reimbursement (inter-urban)
Our colleagues commuting from outside of the administrative boundary of Budapest are reimbursed 86% of their costs of travelling to the workplace. This is only valid for public transport methods.
Allowance for glasses
In specific cases we contribute to your glasses (lenses + frame) with HUF 30,000 every two years.
Recreation in the office
You can actively rest in the office during working time by playing table soccer, table tennis and board games.
